Please also see our news articles where you will find published results of our real-time patient feedback collected via our Chime postcards provided in main clinic areas. At these locations you can select an appropriate postcard        (WOW,Thanks,OK,Poor) and drop us a line on the reverse ( name optional) and post in the feedback box. Results for January-March 2015 are displayed in the adjacent pye chart and cover 119 postcards filled in and posted by patients over this period. In total 79 patients selected WOW as a thank-you postcard. 33 patients selected the 'Thanks' card, 5 'OK' and 2 'Poor'. All positive and negative feedback is reviewed and actioned by the Chime management team.

  • 200 questionnaires were posted out, of which 137 responses were received (68.5% return rate)
  • 12 localities were covered
  • There were 6 areas of questioning: Accessibility, Surroundings, Information, Staff, Care & Treatment, and Overall
