Professional Surveys

  • Patient surveys are regularly conducted as part of our professional accreditation, and are published on our Patient Feedback page.
  • In addition in our clinics we ask to regular feedback and openly invite our patients to complete feedback cards when visiting our clinics. These results are posted on our website and also in the main Chime reception area.
  • We also hold focus groups where we continually learn from you the patient and involve you in service redesign and planned improvements.
